I like to be involved as early as possible because then I can be the most helpful. I’ve completed 3,000+ recordings in over 1000 venues and have worn a lot of hats in the process: audio producer, video director, photographer, live sound, engineering, creative direction, camera op, systems design, location scouting, budgeting, booking, transportation, lodging, editing, mixing, mastering, QC, licensing, release, design, archiving, plus overseeing others doing these tasks. I have a deep understanding of how all components fit together, and I can help projects avoid pitfalls and find hidden gems and collaborations.

I also want to work with the projects I’m the best fit for. If we’re not a match or I’m not available or you need something I don’t have or we need to tag more people in, I want to point you in the right direction right away.

I’m particularly interested in projects that are:

  • anti-racist

  • anti-colonial

  • anti-fascist

  • and of course: new music
